Ghr par bnane kelia.


- 1 kg chicken

- 2 cups basmati chawal

- 2 medium pyaaz

- 2 medium tamatar

- 2-3 hari mirch

- 1 chammach ghee

- 1 chammach tel

- 1 chammach biryani masala

- 1 chammach garam masala

- Namak swaad anusaar

- 2 cups paani


Tarika:


1. Sabse pehle, chawal ko saaf karke 30 minute ke liye bhigo dein.

2. Ek pan mein tel garam karein aur usmein pyaaz, tamatar, aur hari mirch daalkar bhunein.

3. Ismein chicken daalkar pakayein jab tak ki woh safed na ho jaye.

4. Ismein biryani masala, garam masala, aur namak daalkar milayein.

5. Ek dusre pan mein ghee garam karein aur usmein chawal daalkar 2-3 minute tak bhunein.

6. Ismein paani daalkar chawal ko pakayein jab tak ki woh naram na ho jaye.

7. Ek bartan mein chicken aur chawal ko alternate layers mein rakhein aur dhak dein.

8. Isko 10-15 minute tak dum par rakhein.

9. Garamagaram parosein.
